Mr. Simon Egbunachi

Mr. Simon Egbunachi, from Onyagbada, Nua, Aku is the son of Mr. & Mrs. Samuel and Mercy Egbunachi. He had his primary school at Egbugwu Primary school, Nua, Aku. He attended Mada Hills Secondary School, Alwanga and Government College Wamba where he sat for his WAEC and NECO certificate examination and came out in flying colours. He was first admitted into University of Nigeria, Nsukka to study combined Biological Sciences and after three years, he switched to read Medicine and Surgery.

Simon’s life aspiration is to become a medical doctor with a difference. He also aspires to put a smile on people’s face.

Prior to his becoming a JAF scholar in 2019, Simon was struggling to cope financially with his study. Then he met Chief Marcel Amu who was giving him some little help and later recommended him for assistance by Janet Amu Foundation.
